Kirt does a great job fixing IT issues, has great computer deals, and provides helpful advice.

I have been asking for Blue Mouse computer help & support since they commenced at the store. Absolutely excellent friendly people with the best in technical help, with very reasonable costs on all my repairs.
In fact because of the best in service last year I bought two new Lap Tops plus one new main frame computer. Excellent people to deal with

Blue Mouse are exceptional with their knowledge and support. I purchased a laptop and tablet, and am very happy. Their support when there was an issue (mine was related to my printer) was outstanding and they were able to fix the issue with no fuss. Definitely a place I recommend and definitely will be back for any future purchases.

Great service and a really honest price. Non technical people need somewhere like this that we can trust with our computer and our money! Their accessories also seem to be great value.

Took my Dad in today & it was stab in the dark side 😅..however lovely lady assisted us for over 15minutes & we purchased a mouse for My elderly dad’s laptop ( over used over aged laptop ! , ) however she was so kind, so helpful l & laughed at his silly comments about how he operates his laptop & WE left with a smile on our faces & my Dad was very happy..Thank you I thought it would be super stressful situation but you took time & patience to explain what he needed to know … .Grateful for your customer service ..& that’s why we have ALWAYS gone to you .Support Local.👍
